A legacy of compassionate care built on military values and family dedication
Mayflower Community Gardens is proudly owned and operated by Doc AC (Austin Conner) and his wife Stepheny, a veteran family with deep roots in service and care. With 41 years of dedicated military service, Doc AC retired as a pharmacist, bringing both medical expertise and the values of honor, duty, and compassion to everything we do.
Together with their four grown children, the Conner family has built a caring community that feels like home. For 25 years, we’ve been serving veterans, disabled adults, and seniors with the same level of dedication and respect that Doc AC brought to his military service.
We understand that choosing a living community is one of the most important decisions you’ll make. That’s why we treat every resident as family, providing dignified, personalized care in an environment where respect, communication, and comfort come first.
Every resident receives personalized attention and care tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
As a family-run organization, we bring personal accountability and genuine care to every interaction.
Our military background ensures respect, discipline, and understanding of veteran needs.
A quarter-century of experience providing exceptional care to our community.
To provide a dignified, safe, and nurturing living environment where every resident is treated with the respect and care they deserve. We believe that quality of life doesn’t diminish with age or disability—it simply evolves.
Our commitment is to create a home-like atmosphere where residents can maintain their independence while receiving the support they need, surrounded by a community that genuinely cares.
We maintain transparent, honest communication with residents and families. You're never left wondering what's happening—we keep you informed every step of the way.
Our team members aren't just employees—they're part of our family. This stability means residents enjoy consistent, familiar care from people who truly know and understand them.
We've deliberately created spaces that feel like home, not an institution. Comfortable furnishings, personal touches, and a warm environment make residents feel truly at ease.
As veterans ourselves, we understand the unique experiences and needs of military members. We speak your language and honor your service every day.
